Pretty much a classroom necessity - I purchased this for my 1st grade classroom because I pretty much spent last year wishing for one. I have this on my calendar to keep track of days and teach place value. This is brightly colored (and matches the colors of my room, conveniently and nicely enough) and the letters and numbers are easy-to-read. My favorite feature is the storage pouch--very handy, no straws and numbers lost.
